Project Us is a social service for people age 13 and older. By creating or using an account, you agree to use the service lawfully and respect other members.

Your account

You are responsible for information you submit and for keeping access to your account secure. Do not impersonate others, abuse account recovery, or attempt to access another person’s account.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Project Us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to the audiences you choose and to operate safety, backup and delivery systems.

Project Farm preview

Project Farm is an unfinished game feature. Farm Coins, moves, crops, decorations and test purchases have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. During the owner-only preview, purchase buttons use fake test credit and do not charge a card. Separate purchase terms and parental protections will be presented before any real-money store opens.

Safety and prohibited use

Do not use Project Us for threats, harassment, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, illegal activity, scams, spam, malicious software, privacy violations, impersonation, or attempts to defeat safety and access controls.

Moderation

Project Us may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or enforcement of these terms. Automated systems may assist with media safety, but serious account actions should not rely solely on an automated classifier when human review is practical.

Availability

Project Us is under active development. Features may change, fail temporarily or be limited to protect security, privacy, safety, service capacity or operating cost. For example, monthly media-upload limits may temporarily stop new photo uploads.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Project Us grows. Material changes should be communicated in the service before they take effect when practical.
